    Shipping

    Please contact us to find out which of our retailers may have your desired item in stock. i am rock products, if not currently in stock, ordered from our website are made to order and currently have a 2-4 week lead time. On finishing your piece your item is shipped from our studio in Sydney and you will immediately receive an email notification with tracking information. 

    AUS: Orders over $200 are shipped free via Australia Post Express 3-5 day shipping within Australia only. Orders under $200 have a $12 shipping fee.

    USA: Shipping is $25.00 AUD per order and shipped via Australia Post International Air 4-7 day shipping with a signature on delivery.**

    WORLD: International shipping is $25.00 AUD per order and shipped via Australia Post International Air 4-7 day shipping with a signature on delivery. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.**

    ** Please note that we do not pay Import Duties for shipping to countries outside Australia. You will need to check what fees are applicable when importing silver jewellery into your country.

    Please note that i am rock is not liable or accountable for shipping time frames that are not met by Australia Post or any other third party shipping provider. In the event that your parcel is lost we are happy to help recover or replace the order, however any parcel that has been marked as delivered via shipping tracking cannot be refunded. 

    i am rock does not cover return shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Return shipping for exchanges is at an additional cost as calculated by the shipping provider. Please contact us to determine return shipping rates.

    Return Policy

    i am rock happily accepts returns or exchanges within a 14 day period for our standard items. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, however you can request an exchange or store credit.

    i am rock does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • Items that are not returned within the 14 day return period.
    • Custom or commissioned pieces, and custom sized rings.
    • Items that are not returned in as new condition, have been scratched or otherwise damaged in anyway, or are not returned within the original packaging.

    Please follow the instructions for measuring your finger size in our technical area. We are happy to exchange standard sized rings for alternate standard sizes within the 14 day return period. Additional shipping costs occur for us to ship your newly sized ring.

    Unfortunately we do not reimburse shipping costs, or pay for additional shipping for exchanges.
